Multi-Trader – Residential & Commercial Property Maintenance
Location: Central London (including Regent Street and surrounding areas)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

A well-established property maintenance company is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join their team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across both residential and commercial properties throughout Central London.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable professional looking for a long-term role with consistent work across a varied property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a broad range of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, basic plumbing, painting & decorating, and general building works

Work across a mix of residential homes, flats, and commercial premises (e.g. offices, retail units)

Ensure all works are completed efficiently and to a high standard, maintaining a clean and professional work environment

Liaise with clients and office staff to report progress and resolve issues

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multi-trade or general maintenance role

Confident working across multiple trades with a strong focus on quality

Experience in both residential and commercial settings preferred

Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential

Relevant trade qualifications are an advantage
