Job Title: Manual QA Tester (with Automation Exposure)
Contract Length: 4 Months
Start Date: January
Day Rate: £190/day (Outside IR35)
Location: Milton Keynes

We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to join on a 4-month contract starting in January. The role will be primarily focused on manual testing across web and mobile applications, with some involvement in test automation where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications across different devices and browsers.
Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Support regression, functional, UAT, and exploratory testing activities.
Assist with basic automation testing and contribute to improving test coverage where possible.
Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester.
Strong experience testing web-based and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing best practices.
Experience writing clear test cases and defect reports.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.Nice to Have
Exposure to test automation tools or frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
