Safeguarding Social Worker - Wiltshire Salisbury Office

Caritas Recruitment are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Wiltshire Safeguarding and Support team based in Salisbury. This role offers a supportive, hybrid working environment with 2-3 office days per week, including Wednesdays for team meetings, and a pod system to encourage collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

Take referrals from MASH and hold a mixed caseload of safeguarding and support cases.

Undertake 2 days of duty per month, with cases allocated sympathetically according to location.

Gradually build caseload with comprehensive induction and Liquid Logic training.

Receive IT equipment promptly and work within a supportive, structured environment.

This role offers a balance of office-based and flexible working, with structured support to ensure professional development and high-quality safeguarding practice.
