We have partnered with a well-established, and forward-thinking Teaching Practice in Reading who are excited to welcome a new Practice Nurse to their friendly and enthusiastic team. With a commitment to providing high-quality primary care to a patient population of over 30,000 patients, they offer a supportive environment where you can thrive professionally.

Position Details:

* Job Title: Practice Nurse.

* Job Type: Full time/part-time hours available from Monday – Friday

* Location: Reading

* Salary: £37,000 - £50,000 per annum with an extensive benefits package including personal development opportunities (CPD leave entitlement) plus NHS pension, 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays, on-site parking and much more.

* Team: Supported by GPs, paramedics, pharmacists, mental health practitioners and an experienced nursing team including HCAs as well as our hard-working reception/admin team.

* High QOF achievement, OUTSTANDING CQC rating, and Emis Web practice who are very proud of its achievements with quality patient care being their key focus.

About You:

* Experience: Cervical Smear Screening, Family Planning, Immunisations (Routine, Childhood and Travel), Treatment Room duties and experience with contraception being advantageous.

* Skills: Excellent communication skills, effective time management, ability to work autonomously and as a team member.

* Personal Qualities: Polite, confident, motivated, forward thinker, problem solver, high levels of integrity and loyalty, sensitive and empathetic.
