Temporary Receptionist!

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for an exciting temporary opportunity in the Building & Construction industry? We're seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join a vibrant team in York! This is a fantastic chance to showcase your skills and contribute to a dynamic workplace.

Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 3 months, with potential for extension)
Work Schedule: 4 days per week or full time
Location: York
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 9am - 5pmYour Role:

Answering the telephone and directing calls ??
Greeting and assisting guests at the main entrance
Managing deliveries and postal duties (delivering to internal departments) ??
Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
Preparing tea and coffee for meetings ??What We're Looking For:

A positive and cheerful attitude ??
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational abilities
A knack for multitasking in a busy environment
