The Role

As a Multi-Skills Construction Lecturer, you will:

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in construction disciplines, to learners of varying abilities
Share your industry expertise to equip students with the essential skills, knowledge, and techniques for success in the construction industry
Monitor and support learners’ progress to ensure they reach their full potential
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment, both in the workshop and classroom
Contribute to curriculum development and ensure high-quality delivery of the programme
What We’re Looking For
Ideally you will be:

A qualified lecturer in a construction subject
Ability to teach across multiple construction disciplines
Possess a recognised teaching qualification (TQ)
We also welcome applications those who have:

Professional experience in the construction industry
Skills in more than one trade (plumbing and/or brickwork particularly desirable, though other trades will be considered)
Hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification, with support provided
Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to commencement of employment
