About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school team. The successful candidate will inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for literature and language while helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
Contribute to departmental planning and extracurricular activities.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and safeguarding.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for English language and literature.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
