What You'll Do:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless property transactions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction to completion.
Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of conveyancing.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth communication and progress.
Conducting property searches and investigations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and leases.
Ensuring all transactions are completed within set deadlines and to the highest standard.
