Head Veterinary Nurse position at a well respected Small Animal Practice in Rainham paying up to £37,000!

About the Company:

The Rainham branch is part of a dynamic veterinary practice that is committed to delivering exceptional care to clients and their beloved pets. The team operates in a stimulating and rewarding environment, providing comprehensive care to animals while fostering strong relationships with their owners.

The team is looking for a candidate who is a dedicated team player, demonstrates strong leadership qualities, and exudes confidence in their abilities to lead and support the team effectively.

During the day, the team consists of 2.5 Vets, 2 Nurses, Veterinary Care Assistants, and 2 Receptionists. At night, the team comprises 1 Vet and 1 VCA, ensuring continuous care for the animals.

Hours PW / Shift Pattern: 40 Hours - Mon - Fri, 1 in 4 weekends

Salary: Up to £34,000

Minimum Experience:

The ideal candidate will have Head Nurse experience, although the company is open to considering individuals with strong leadership qualities.
