Building Safety Manager

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping people safe? Broadacres Housing Association is seeking a dynamic and experienced Building Safety Manager to join our Property Services team in Northallerton.

As the Building Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers by overseeing all aspects of building compliance and safety within our homes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety protocols, managing regular inspections, and liaising with contractors and external agencies to ensure that our homes meet all necessary safety standards.

In addition to your technical expertise in building safety regulations and procedures, we are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
