I am looking for a Lifecycle & Special Projects Manager to lead key works across a healthcare PFI contract. You’ll oversee the delivery of lifecycle projects, special works, and compliance within a live hospital environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong technical background (M&E/Building Services)
- Solid knowledge of HTM/HBN standards
- Experience in Healthcare Estates or PFI contracts
- Proficiency with CAFM (Maximo), Power BI, and asset systems
- Confident managing contractors and stakeholders
