Job Description:

As a Social Housing Plumber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be working on the planned works team.
Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a plumber
Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing - NVQ level 2 or City and Guilds
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skills:

Must have strong experience in plumbing
Good IT skills and use of PDA
Plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
