KPI Recruting are working exclusively with our commercial client, based in Horwich for an administrator to be part of the team. You will be supporting the manager with all documentation preperation and template creation and will be the main support for the business! 

YOUR NEW ROLE; 

Ensuring the company comply with Health and Safety requirements, policies & procedures 
Conduct risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work
Iinputting and scheduling audit reports
Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of training sessions
Assist with the maintenance of compliance
Recording of QHSE issues
Managing ISO accreditations 
Document Management and process improvement across the business
Maintaining all QHSE actions and communications with internal staff 
Create and monitor internal systems in Quality Assurance and H&S
Maintaining various Quality documentation such as non-conformance reports, internal audit schedules
Managing environmental/health and safety accreditations and certifications
Implementing corrective action
Actively seek to improve the safety culture
YOU WILL BE/ HAVE;

A good understanding of ISO Management Standards (14001, 9001 and 45001)
An excellent level of knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, excel, Word, PowerPoint
Accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to Integrated Management Systems
Excellent communication skills
A recognised health and safety qualification (NEBOSH General Certificate)
Hold a current driving licence
Experience in a similar role ideally within the manufacturing industry
Internal auditor qualification
