£20.52 PAYE (Weekends)

We are recruiting an experienced Chef to support a food service on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals in line with set menus and recipes
Ensure full compliance with allergen management, cross-contamination controls, and Natasha's Law
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Work independently or as part of a small kitchen team

Requirements:

Proven chef/cook experience in catering, healthcare or similar environment
Strong understanding of food safety procedures and dietary requirements
