What we’re looking for:

Level 2/3 Early Years Qualification

Experience working with babies, toddlers, or pre-school children

A strong understanding of child development and play-based learning

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

A warm, patient, and proactive approach

A full driving licence is advantageous but not required
