WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Comprehensive vehicle damage assessment and accurate estimation
• Customer liaison and explanation of repair processes
• Liaison with insurers, engineers, and loss adjusters
• Identifying and documenting all visible and hidden damage
• Supporting workshop planning and parts procurement
• Mentoring junior estimators and sharing expertise

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8 years VDA experience in busy bodyshop environment
• Proven expertise with all major estimation systems
• Outstanding accuracy record with insurer relationships
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication skills for customer and insurer interaction
• Flexible approach to working hours when required

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• ATA Vehicle Damage Assessment qualification
• IMI accreditation in estimating
• Experience with electric/hybrid vehicle assessment
• Knowledge of ADAS systems and calibration requirements
