Contek Recruitment are currently working with an electrical contractor based in the West Midlands. They are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join and expand their growing team!

What the job entails:

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

* Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of systems.

* Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.

* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices while working on-site.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrician

* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work.

* Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
