Recruitment Resourcer – Renewable Energy

At NetZero Global, we connect the brightest talent with some of the most exciting renewable energy projects across the UK and Europe. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Team, supporting the people behind renewable energy projects.

What You’ll Do

· Source and screen candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases

· Write and manage engaging job adverts and track candidate applications

· Build strong relationships with candidates in the renewable energy space

· Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded in our CRM

· Understand and verify candidate authorisations, tickets, and role requirements

· Support consultants by delivering strong candidate shortlists quickly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales (preferred)

· Confident communication and excellent organisational skills

· A proactive and ambitious attitude

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
