We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our secondary schools in Chelmsford. Starting Immediately, you will play a critical role in supporting students, helping them engage positively with their education and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH needs.
Assist teaching staff in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Implement personalized learning plans and strategies.
Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and positive atmosphere.
Foster emotional well-being and resilience in students.

Our ideal SEMH LSA is patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting students with unique needs. You should have a proactive approach, demonstrating empathy and building trust with students to foster their growth and emotional well-being.
