Double Day Rotating Shifts — 5:30am–1:30pm / 2:00pm–10:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 5:30am–8:00pm / 2:00pm–8:00pm on Friday

Salary:
£16.42 per hour (including shift allowance) | Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Brake Press Operator:

Operate and set CNC brake press machines.

*

Ensure all tasks are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.

*

Actively engage with company Quality Control initiatives.

*

Work to reduce the number of reworked parts or amendments.

Key Skills of a CNC Brake Press Operator:

*

Previous CNC brake press experience is preferred.

*

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

*

Strong communication skills with Supervisors, Team Leaders, and shop floor colleagues.

*

Team player able to work to deadlines and targets.

*

Highly motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused.

Able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

*

Willing to build strong working relationships across teams and departments.
