Behaviour Mentor – Full-Time – Walsall (WS5)
Start: ASAP | Role: Long-Term | Hours: Full-Time

Smile Education is working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Walsall to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support KS1 pupils. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.

The Role:

Support KS1 pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
Work 1:1 and in small groups
Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies
Monitor progress and promote personal growth
Work closely with teachers, staff, and parentsWho We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children with behaviour needs
Strong communication and empathy
Able to build positive relationships quickly
Confident in behaviour management strategies
Background in a similar role (e.g., TA, Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor)What Smile Education Offers:
