Are you an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher passionate about making a real difference in the lives of upper primary pupils?
A warm and welcoming half-form entry primary school in Banbury - part of an incredible, forward-thinking trust - is seeking a dedicated Year 5/6 Class Teacher to join their close-knit team from September 2025.
Led by an inspiring Headteacher, a supportive SLT, and a highly approachable CEO, the school fosters a nurturing and inclusive environment where staff and pupils thrive. What we're looking for:
Experienced in Year 5 and/or Year 6 teaching - this is a must
Strong behaviour management skills, with a calm and positive approach
Confident and experienced in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Committed to delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences
A team player who is passionate about pupil well-being and development
Eager to grow - opportunities for progression within the trust are available
