Area to be covered: South West & South Wales

Remuneration: £50,000 neg + uncapped commission

Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid car & full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Plumbing Systems & Underfloor Heating will involve:

* Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of plumbing pipes & fittings, underfloor heating, pre-insulated pipework, district heating and to a lesser extent heat interface units

* 80% of your time selling into independent merchants such; MP Moran, UKPS & MKM

* The remaining 20% selling to national merchants

* Will have interaction with M&E contractors

* Turnover target circa £350k

* Project sizes vary however £350-£1k per house

* 70% new business / 30% account management

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Plumbing Systems & Underfloor Heating with:

* Must have field sales experience selling plumbing & heating products / systems

* Must have sold to merchants

* Ideally have contact with M&E contractors

* Ideally sold plumbing systems, central heating, boilers, chilling systems, underfloor heating or related products

* Energetic self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines

* Calm trustworthy and professional approach
