JOB TITLE: Office Manager
LOCATION: Reigate, Surrey
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Office Manager - Be the Backbone of a Growing Construction Business
We're working with a well-established and fast-paced company in the construction and development sector, seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to join their dynamic team.
In this varied and hands-on role, you'll be central to the smooth running of the office, supporting the Director with key administrative tasks, assisting with project and finance processes, and representing the business professionally in written communications with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure everything runs efficiently
Manage office supplies and stationery orders
Act as the first point of contact for all office-related queries and coordination
Maintain admin systems and support clear communication across the teamDirector Support
Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including diary management, scheduling, and document preparation
Draft and send out professional documents, letters, and emails on behalf of the Director to clients and partners
Create PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external meetings
Help manage priorities and follow up on key actions and deadlinesProject Administration
Support the administration of construction and development projects
Assist with document control, project coordination, and liaising with contractors and suppliersFinance Administration
Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and liaison with the company accountant
Training will be provided in this area to support your development
About You
Previous experience in office management or a senior administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident drafting professional documents and preparing presentations
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Experience in a construction, property, or project-based environment is a plusNext steps:
