Early Years Practitioners
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Hartlepool as Early Years Practitioners. Experience in early years is preferred; however, a formal qualification is not essential. What matters most is a genuine passion for early childhood development and supporting young children in their learning journey.
We offer free CPD training to successful candidates, including an Introduction to Early Years Certificate. While this is not a full early years qualification, it provides a strong foundation in the early years curriculum, planning and assessment, as well as valuable insight into child development.
In addition, we provide an Introduction to Paediatric First Aid. Although not a full qualification, this training equips you with essential knowledge, such as recognising signs of choking and basic first aid awareness.
Typical nursery hours are around 8:00am – 5:00pm. We aim to be flexible where possible and will try to accommodate individual needs.
If you are passionate about working with children and eager to develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.
