Pay: £12.21 per hour (increases after probation inline with salary matrix )
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Overtime: Available at enhanced rates

We are recruiting Factory Production Operatives to work on a production line assembling steel frames. Full training will be provided.

Duties:

Handling and assembling steel frames

Using drills, screwdrivers, and rivet guns

Working to quality and safety standards

Requirements:

Able to stand for long periods

Comfortable bending, twisting, and lifting up to 15kg

Reliable and willing to learn

Previous factory experience beneficial but not essential
