Tradewind are a recruiting on behalf of a mixed secondary school with sixth form, seeking a passionate Physical Education Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. This is a full-time, all-year-round position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a strong and growing PE department.
The students are bright, energetic and full of personality - sometimes lively. We're looking for a teacher who is confident in managing a busy classroom and passionate about promoting health, fitness and teamwork in a diverse school community.
About the Role:
Teach PE across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, including both theory and practical elements.
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that encourage participation and progress across all ability levels.
Contribute to a thriving extracurricular offer, including after-school sports clubs, competitions and school teams.
Take a lead on promoting girls' participation and leadership in sport.
Participate in whole-school life, working collaboratively with other staff and pastoral teams.We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience or training in Secondary PE.
Someone who can teach a broad curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills and a good sense of humour.
A genuine commitment to supporting students' physical and mental wellbeing.
Previous experience with sixth form (desirable but not essential).We Offer:
