Production Operative (Machine Operating)
Location: Irlam
Pay Rate: £13 to £14 per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative with some machine operating experience to join a modern manufacturing facility based in Irlam. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a clean, hi-tech environment with brand-new equipment.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
*
Rotating shifts:
*
6:00am to 2:00pm
*
2:00pm to 10:00pm
*
Shifts rotate weekly
The Role:
*
Operating production and manufacturing machinery
*
Monitoring machine performance and quality output
*
Following health and safety procedures at all times
*
General production and factory duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Previous machine operating or production experience preferred, but not essential
*
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
*
Reliable with an excellent attendance and work record
*
Able to provide work references
*
Keen to learn and develop within a modern manufacturing environment
