With a dedicated and supportive senior leadership team committed to staff development and pupil wellbeing, this school offers an excellent opportunity for you to grow your skills while making a real difference. This full-time position will start as soon as possible and continue for the remainder of the academic year. Successful candidates will be placed in one school, working Monday to Friday, providing vital support within the classroom.
Requirements
* Hold or be predicted to achieve a degree classification of 2:2 or above.
* Be supportive, approachable, and friendly, with a genuine passion for working with children.
* Demonstrate resilience and motivation to inspire and support pupils in reaching their full potential.
* Have previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).
* Be able to commute reliably to Wandsworth.
* Possess a creative and reflective approach to supporting learning in the classroom.
* Confidently deliver well-structured support sessions to individuals or small groups.
* Work effectively as part of a team to enhance pupil outcomes.
