The Opportunity

Command Recruitment are working with a well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Southampton area who are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and compile accurate repair estimates for damaged vehicles
Use Audatex to produce and submit estimates to insurers
Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and customers
Produce job cards and support the bodyshop team with workflow
Ensure repair processes follow safe, recorded methodologies

About You

ATA-qualified or equivalent Estimator / VDA certification
Experience using Audatex
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational ability
