Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a successful secondary school located in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to engage students with a love for literature and language in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The Role:

Full-time teaching position starting

Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4

Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Supporting students' development in reading, writing, and critical thinking

Tracking progress, providing effective feedback, and preparing pupils for GCSE success

Contributing to a strong and collaborative English department

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching English at secondary level

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature and language

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

A desire to make a positive difference in students' academic journeys
