The Role

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the team with high-quality legal work. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a firm that offers exposure to complex matters and values individual contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting a variety of corporate and commercial documents and agreements.

Updating company books and statutory registers, including Companies House filings.

Conducting legal research to address emerging issues.

Assisting with administrative tasks such as opening files, conducting client due diligence, and document preparation.

Attending client and stakeholder meetings (remotely and in-person).

Providing regular client updates and ensuring they are informed on matter progression.

Liaising with external parties, including counsel and financial advisors.

Managing data rooms and reviewing due diligence documentation.

Supporting the team with billing and time recording.

What You’ll Need

A strong academic background, with the LPC or an equivalent qualification (preferred).

Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating with the wider team.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools (e.g., Practical Law, LexisNexis).

A willingness to embrace new technologies and innovations.
