Join a leading Housing Association in Oxford supporting social housing tenants through the lettings and relet process. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to assist tenants in vacating their homes and support internal transfers within social housing.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing housing options in line with policies, procedures, and nomination agreements
Managing all admin duties related to the relet process
Keeping accurate records throughout the void process
Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting colleagues by covering other patches when needed
Responding to customer queries quickly and effectively
Liaising with Local Authorities, contractors, and residentsTHE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a lettings, housing, or allocations-based role and be confident in delivering excellent customer service.
Key requirements include:
Previous experience in a customer-focused housing role
Understanding of Choice Based Lettings and the social housing sector
Knowledge of Government legislation on homelessness and lettings
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solvingTHE CONTRACT
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract, Temp to Perm Opportunity
Rate: £19.70 per hour LTD / £16.90 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
