Talent Partner/Resourcer – IT Recruitment

Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Partner with a focus on IT candidate resourcing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract top-tier IT and tech candidates using job boards, internal tools, and proactive outreach
Manage high volumes of candidate applications and screen for suitability
Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
Keep up to date with recruitment trends and best practices in tech talent acquisition What We're Looking For
At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Strong exposure to high-volume candidate sourcing and screening
Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as job boards, CV databases, and screening tools
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear and confident communication style
A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow and learn Nice to Have
