Your Key Responsibilities:

Leading teaching and learning in Chemistry across KS3–KS5

*

Ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery and engaging practicals

*

Monitoring student progress and supporting targeted interventions

*

Supporting and mentoring teachers within the science faculty

*

Contributing to whole-school science/STEM enrichment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Chemistry or related Science degree and QTS

*

Experience teaching Chemistry to at least GCSE level (ideally A-Level)

*

A clear vision for curriculum progression and pedagogy in Chemistry

*

Strong leadership potential or experience in a departmental role

*

An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
