About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the Crediton office. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to Lead Partners while being at the heart of daily operations. This varied role offers the chance to develop skills across multiple areas including client relations, event management, office administration, and business support, making it perfect for someone looking to build a comprehensive skill set within a professional services environment.
Administrator Responsibilities
Providing administrative and secretarial support to Lead Partners and the local team
Managing meeting rooms, client hospitality, parking arrangements and refreshments
Handling switchboard, calls, messages, post, filing and main office email inbox
Taking client payments, maintaining petty cash records and processing banking transactions
Managing office supplies, supplier relationships, utilities and general maintenance coordination
Conducting new client onboarding processes including money laundering checks and system setup
Maintaining client databases, contact records and ensuring legal documentation compliance
Coordinating local office events including invitations, responses and content creation
Administrator Requirements
Outgoing, positive and professional approach with excellent communication skills
Resilient, organised and adaptable with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with efficient typing skills
Recent experience in administrative or customer-facing role
Discrete and team-oriented with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
