As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional or social needs, helping them regulate emotions, re-engage with learning and build the confidence to thrive. We are looking for Behaviour Support Assistants across London who are empathetic, patient, and able to build positive relationships with young people.

Requirements:

Experience supporting children or young people (school-based or transferable)
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
A calm, resilient and proactive approach
A genuine passion for improving pupil wellbeing and behaviour
