Groundworks / Drainage Gang needed in Exeter EX1

Established 3 man Groundworks / Drainage gang consisting of 360 Operator, 2x Pipelayers/Skilled Groundworkers with Dumper / Roller Ticket

Start: 10th November 2025

Location: Exeter EX1

Rate: Negotiable

Hours: 7.30 to 5pm

Job Type: Temporary

Duration: 3-4 months.

Job Description:

Stridden Limited are recruiting for an established Groundworkers and Civils Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Drainage Gang to join their team on a new commercial project in Exeter.

Groundworks & Drainage Gang Key Duties:

Your role will involve:

* Laying stainless steel drainage – previous experience laying stainless steel drainage preferred

* Utilities

* Kerbing

* Slabs

Groundworks & Drainage Gang Requirements:

The ideal candidates will have:

* Established 3 man Groundworks / Drainage gang consisting of 360 Operator, 2x Pipelayers/Skilled Groundworkers with Dumper / Roller Ticket

* CSCS ticketed plus CPCS/NPORS preferably Blue Carded

* Time served

* Have full tools

* Full PPE including Hi Viz, Safety Boots and Hard Hat

* Hand tools

* Readily available to travel to Exeter EX1

* 2 references on application for previous Groundworks & Drainage Contract positions
