Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of a flat roof installation project within a busy shopping centre environment. This role is ideal for a non-working Site Manager who can take full ownership of site coordination, client communication, and health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for the shopping centre management/client.

*

Oversee all on-site activities for the flat roof installation.

*

Manage and coordinate a gang of appointed sub-contractors.

*

Liaise with scaffolders and oversee scaffold erection, alterations, and dismantling.

*

Scaffold inspection certification is desirable.

*

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

*

Maintain daily site records, reports, and progress updates.

*

Support smooth workflow, safe working practices, and site logistics.

Requirements

*

SMSTS (essential)

*

Strong site management experience—ideally in roofing, refurbishment, or similar environments.

*

Experience liaising with commercial clients or property management teams.

*

Ability to oversee H&S on a live-site environment.

*

Scaffold inspection qualification (preferred).

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
