Edwards Employment are currently seeking an experienced Forklift truck operator (Counterbalance B1), with an externally accredited licence, to join an ongoing contract at a large turf distributor close to Pocklington.

As a Forklift operator in the busy goods-out department you'll be responsible for transporting pallets of turf and other bagged products around site safely.

Experience of moving bagged products would be advantageous, as would double stacking.

This is a fast paced role, working within a large team of Forklift drivers.

As a forklift truck operator you will:

Ensure all loads are secure prior to transit

Load and unload deliveries

move completed orders to designated dispatch areas

Assist yard operatives in the preparation of loads

Drive with caution around site

Day shifts only
