Approach Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an exciting new build care home project in Bristol, starting ASAP.

? Location: Bristol
? Start Date: ASAP
? Project Type: New Build – Care Home
⏳ Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term

? Role & Responsibilities:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to spec

* Managing subcontractors and trades on site

* Liaising with the project team, client and stakeholders

* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are strictly followed

* Reporting progress and site updates to the Contracts Manager / PM

* Maintaining site records and managing documentation

✅ Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects (care home/healthcare experience beneficial but not essential)

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid

* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

* Able to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal supervision
