Responsibilities:

Customise support to meet the unique learning needs of students with SEN.
Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Assist in overall classroom management, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.
Establish open lines of communication with parents, teachers, and external professionals.
Regularly observe and assess the academic and social development of students with SEN.
Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

Proficiency in various teaching techniques suitable for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Comprehensive understanding of child development and the learning process.
Either possess an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one through Randstad.
Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
