Marketing Executive
Full-time, Permanent

WE Talent is working in partnership with a successful and well-regarded professional services firm to recruit a Marketing Executive. This role sits within a busy commercial function and plays a key part in delivering marketing initiatives that directly support business growth and client engagement.

You’ll be involved in developing tailored marketing content, supporting event activity, and delivering campaigns aligned with wider commercial priorities. It’s a hands-on role that would suit someone who is proactive, creative, and confident managing multiple projects. The position offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a visible impact across different service lines.

Please note: applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for occasional travel.

The Role

Working closely with internal teams, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting the delivery of marketing activity across key sectors and service areas.

Collaborating with digital, design, and external teams to produce content and marketing assets.

Helping to plan and coordinate events – from logistics to collateral and post-event feedback.

*

Tracking marketing outcomes, reporting on campaign performance, and suggesting areas for improvement.

*

Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

*

Taking ownership of key marketing projects while managing the day-to-day delivery of core marketing and communications support.

Skills & Experience

Background in marketing with experience delivering campaigns and promotional activity.

Knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including email marketing, content creation, and social media scheduling.

Solid communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to adapt style for different audiences.

Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

*

Comfortable using CRM and marketing software; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.

*

Positive, proactive, and detail-focused.

*

Results-orientated and willing to take responsibility for delivery.

*

Friendly, professional, and capable of working across teams and functions.
