Magisters Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to support schools across Bedford and the surrounding areas, covering day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

Follow school lesson plans or adapt learning to meet pupils’ needs

*

Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

*

Manage behaviour in line with school policies

*

Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing during teacher absence

*

Gain experience across a variety of primary school settings

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

*

Confidence managing a primary classroom

*

Strong communication and adaptability

*

A professional, positive approach

A passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

*

Two professional references covering the last two years
