Salary: Up to £58,000

A well-established global leader in complex engineering solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians. You will drive manufacturing excellence across production support, legacy products, and new product introductions while fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team

Drive Design for Manufacturing reviews and best practices in New Product Introduction

Support business growth through technical expertise for bids and proposals

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Manage departmental budgets and KPIs

Essential Criteria:

Degree in engineering (mechanical, electronics, electrical, or manufacturing)

2+ years’ experience in manufacturing engineering management

Strong problem-solving, people management, and process improvement skills
