Building Services Engineer

Location: CM24

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off (12-hour shifts: 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

Contract: Brand-new contract win starting for 2025

Team: Working as part of an experienced team of 6 engineers

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of building services equipment

* Respond to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to airport operations

* Conduct fault finding and diagnosis across critical and non-critical systems

* Perform emergency lighting, fire alarm, and generator testing in line with compliance requirements

* Monitor and maintain BMS (Building Management Systems) for optimal performance

* Complete and maintain accurate service records and reports
