Quest Employment are pleased to be working with an independent, family run restaurant based in Harpenden, who are looking for a Chef de Partie for their restaurant. You will be working with some of the finest ingredients on offer, you will have the opportunity to learn from the Head Chef who has worked in Michelin restaurants, he will be to teach you new skills.

For this role, you will need to have worked in a rosette restaurant!

The successful CDP will be able to:

* ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* ·Ability to work under pressure.

* ·Ability to quickly learn new recipes.

* ·Learn new cooking methods.

* ·Ability to problem solve.

* ·Able to work with fresh ingredients.

* ·Good knife skills

* ·Cook and prepare various cuisines and willing to learn new recipes.

* ·Fine dining experience
