Account Manager – Large Commercial Account, City of London – £85,000

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee Facilities Management (FM) Hard Services for a large commercial account in the City of London. This is a senior, hands-on role, ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary FM teams and service providers.

Location: City of London
Salary: £85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of FM Hard Services across a large commercial site

* Oversee contractors, service providers, and compliance with SLA/KPIs

* Monitor budgets, performance, and service delivery standards

* Provide technical guidance and strategic oversight for mechanical, electrical, and building systems

* Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation for senior stakeholders

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing FM Hard Services on large commercial sites

* Strong technical knowledge of building systems (M&E, mechanical, electrical)
