Aspire People are working with respected primary schools in Coventry, currently looking to recruit multiple experienced KS1 teachers to join their team from September. With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, this is your chance to join a school that values consistency, strong teaching practice, and professional standards.

We're not casting a wide net-we're looking for the right people: reliable, experienced, and ready to make a difference from day one.

We will only consider candidates who meet the following criteria:
✅ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Have a minimum of 2 years of UK teaching experience
✅ Solid and proven experience within KS1-this isn't a trial-and-error post
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

We are not accepting teachers without UK classroom experience. These roles demand teachers who are confident with the KS1 curriculum and who can deliver strong, consistent teaching from the start of term.
