Job Title: Contact Centre Manager - Automotive Sector

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Salary: Circa £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

- Operational Acumen: Ability to efficiently manage repair capacity using available tools.

- Process Improvement: A keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organisation.

- Automotive sector experience whilst not essential would be advantageous
